Review Cremation Options

Carmon Funeral Homes is one of the few in the state that has on-site cremation services. So you’re assured that once transferred to our facility, your loved one will never leave our care. Whether you want something streamlined and simple or more elaborate and customized, we can personalize the arrangements to reflect the personality of your loved ones and the preferences of your family. The key options to consider include:

Full Service

Before Cremation

Our most traditional cremation service package, this option includes:

  • embalming to prepare for an open casket visitation, with the public invited;
  • limousine transportation for the family (seating up to 7) from a local home to the funeral home (or optibn to meet directly at the funeral home);
  • funeral services the Funeral Home or following a procession to a local church;
  • limousine transportation for the family to a reception site;
  • cremation after the service and at a later day, services at the cemetery with the urn.

Memorial Service

After Cremation

Some families prefer that the memorial service takes place after the cremation. The day of the service, your family and friends would then meet directly at the funeral home, church or other location for the memorial service. From there, services may continue with a procession to the cemetery.

Cremation

This package is designed for families who do not want to have any service, celebration or time of remembrance of any kind. It includes the minimum legal requirements with the urn being picked up by a family member or authorized representative.
